Privacy Policy

Launchable, its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively called "Launchable", "we," "us," and "our") provide users with an interface which facilitates our interaction with the Protocols, allowing for activities such as the creation of Credentials, Quests, DeTa apps, DeFi apps, marketplaces, automated grant funding, and wallets. This Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand how Launchable collects, uses, and shares your personal information and to help you understand and exercise your privacy rights.

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information processed by Launchable, including on our websites (the "Site"), and other online and offline offerings. The Site, our services and our other online and offline offerings are collectively called the "Services." For clarity, the Services do not include the Protocols or any other decentralized aspect of the Human Cloud Network that is not controlled by Launchable due to the decentralized nature of the Human Cloud Network.

Changes to our Privacy Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time in our sole discretion. If there are any material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you as required by applicable law. You understand and agree that you will be deemed to have accepted the updated Privacy Policy if you continue to use our Services after the new Privacy Policy takes effect.

Personal information we collect

The categories of personal information we collect depend on how you interact with us, our Services and the requirements of applicable law. We collect information that you provide to us, information we obtain automatically when you use our Services, and information from other sources such as third-party services and organizations, as described below.

Information You Provide to Us Directly

  • Account Creation. We may collect information if you create an account with us, such as your name, username, email address, or password.
  • Wallet and Transaction Information. In order to engage in transactions on the Services, you may need to provide us or our third-party payment processors with access to or information about your digital wallet. We will never ask you for or collect your private keys.
  • Other Transactions. We may collect personal information and details associated with your activities on our Services, including to deliver you your rewards associated with your use of the Services.
  • Your Communications with Us. We may collect personal information, such as email address when you request information about our Services, register for our newsletter or marketing promotions, request customer or technical support, apply for a job or otherwise communicate with us.
  • Interactive Features. We and others who use our Services may collect personal information that you submit or make available through our interactive features (e.g., via the Launchable community, commenting functionalities, forums, blogs, and social media pages). Any personal information you provide on the public sections of these features will be considered "public," unless otherwise required by applicable law, and is not subject to the privacy protections referenced herein.
  • Surveys. We may contact you to participate in surveys. If you decide to participate, you may be asked to provide certain information which may include personal information.
  • Sweepstakes, Giveaways or Contests. We may collect personal information you provide for any sweepstakes, giveaways or contests that we offer.
  • Conferences, Trade Shows, and Other Events. We may collect personal information from individuals when we attend or host conferences, trade shows, and other events.
  • Business Development and Strategic Partnerships. We may collect personal information from individuals and third parties to assess and pursue potential business opportunities.
  • Job Applications. We may post job openings and opportunities on our Services. If you reply to one of these postings by submitting your application, CV and/or cover letter to us, we will collect and use this information to assess your qualifications.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Automatic Data Collection. We may collect certain information automatically when you use our Services, such as your Internet protocol (IP) address, user settings, MAC address, cookie identifiers, mobile carrier, mobile advertising and other unique identifiers, browser or device information, location information, Internet service provider, and metadata about the content you provide.
  • Cookies, Pixel Tags/Web Beacons, and Other Technologies. We, as well as third parties that provide content, advertising, or other functionality on our Services, may use cookies, pixel tags, local storage, and other technologies ("Technologies") to automatically collect information through your use of our Services.
  • Analytics. We may use our Technologies and other third-party tools to process analytics information on our Services, including Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, Facebook Connect, and Mixpanel.
  • Social Media Platforms. Our Services may contain social media buttons such as Discord, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, and Telegram, which might include widgets such as the "share this" button or other interactive mini programs.

Information Collected from Other Sources

We may obtain information about you from other sources, including through third-party services and organizations. We may also receive information via referral services or other sharing tools on our Services.

How we use your information

  • Provide Our Services. We use your information to fulfill our contract with you and provide you with our Services.
  • Administrative Purposes. We use your information for our legitimate interest, such as fraud prevention, security, improving our Services, and complying with legal obligations.
  • Marketing and Advertising. We may use personal information to tailor and provide you with content and advertisements, including email campaigns and interest-based advertising.

  • Service Providers. We may share your personal information with third-party service providers who help us provide our Services.
  • Business Partners. We may share your personal information with business partners to provide you with a product or service you have requested.
  • Affiliates. We may share your personal information with members of our corporate family.
  • Advertising Partners. We may share your personal information with third-party advertising partners for interest-based advertising.
  • Disclosures to Protect Us or Others. We may disclose your information to comply with law enforcement, protect rights, enforce policies, or assist with investigations.
  • Merger, Sale, or Asset Transfers. Your information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Your privacy choices and rights

  • Email Communications. You can use the unsubscribe link in any email to opt out of future marketing emails.
  • Text Messages. You may opt out of receiving text messages by following the instructions in the message or contacting us.
  • Mobile Devices. You may opt out of push notifications by changing the settings on your mobile device.
  • Cookies and Interest-Based Advertising. You may stop or restrict the placement of Technologies on your device by adjusting your browser or device preferences.

Security of your information

We take steps designed to ensure that your information is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Unfortunately, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you provide to us. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we do not accept liability for unauthorized disclosure.

International data transfers

All information processed by us may be transferred, processed, and stored anywhere in the world, including, but not limited to, the United States or other countries, which may have data protection laws that are different from the laws where you live.

Retention of personal information

We store the personal information we collect as described in this Privacy Policy for as long as you use our Services or as necessary to fulfill the purpose(s) for which it was collected, provide our Services, resolve disputes, establish legal defenses, conduct audits, pursue legitimate business purposes, enforce our agreements, and comply with applicable laws.

Supplemental notice for California residents

This Supplemental Notice for California Residents only applies to our processing of personal information that is subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 ("CCPA"). Launchable does not believe it is subject to the CCPA. That said, Launchable provides this supplemental notice for purpose of transparency.

For purposes of the CCPA, Launchable does not "sell" personal information, nor do we have actual knowledge of any "sale" of personal information of minors under 16 years of age.

Additional Privacy Rights for California Residents

  • Non-Discrimination. California residents have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising their CCPA rights.
  • Authorized Agent. Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request.
  • California Shine the Light. California residents may request a list of third parties to whom we have disclosed their personal information for direct marketing purposes once per year, free of charge.
  • Right for minors to remove posted content. California residents under 18 may request removal of their posted content from publicly viewable portions of the Services.

Supplemental notice for Nevada residents

If you are a resident of Nevada, you have the right to opt-out of the sale of certain personal information to third parties. You can exercise this right by contacting us with the subject line "Nevada Do Not Sell Request." Please note that we do not currently sell your personal information as sales are defined in Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A.

Children's information

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or other age as required by local law), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected a child's personal information in violation of applicable law, we will promptly take steps to delete such information.

Third-party websites/applications

The Services may contain links to other websites/applications and other websites/applications may reference or link to our Services. These third-party services are not controlled by us. We encourage our users to read the privacy policies of each website and application with which they interact.

Supervisory authority

If you are located in the European Economic Area, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, or Brazil, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe our processing of your personal information violates applicable law.
