For clarity, the Services do not include the Protocols or any other decentralized aspect of the Human Cloud Network that is not controlled by Launchable due to the decentralized nature of the Human Cloud Network.

Launchable does not believe it is subject to the CCPA. That said, Launchable provides this supplemental notice for purpose of transparency.
For purposes of the CCPA, Launchable does not "sell" personal information, nor do we have actual knowledge of any "sale" of personal information of minors under 16 years of age.
